The broccoli cream soup is very easy and fast to make:

  • 50 ml of cream

  1. Broccoli (when cleaned) in rough pieces, in addition to the potatoes, also in pieces. I give that to the pressure cooker (if you do not have one, take a normal pot, then the cooking process lasts 10 minutes longer).
  2. So, now meat or vegetable broth (self-cooked or instant or cube) on it. Better not too much liquid, otherwise the soup will be too thin. Should she still be too fat later, you can still thin her.
  3. Now cook the vegetables in the pressure cooker for about 10 minutes. Then add milk and cream.
  4. Mix well with the blender.
  5. Season with white pepper, a touch of garlic and possibly salt.

Due to the potatoes there is a super creamy consistency, so no further binding is necessary.
