You need quark, some cream, red porridge and pumpernickel.
Mix cream and cottage cheese, crumble pumpernickel and place in a pan, fry, then cool on a baking tray.
Arrange the whole in a (glass) bowl, start with a layer of quark, then red groats, then pumpernickel, then quark again, etc.
Finish with quark and put some pumpernickel crumbs on top of it as a decoration.
The whole also looks in wine glasses, for example very pretty, is inexpensive, quickly prepared and delicious!
