Cherry-cream dessert (also delicious at Christmas)

This cherry dessert or cake is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

2 glasses of shadow morels
3 x 250 g cream
3 x 250 g Schmand
Sugar, cinnamon


1 cake bottom, if you want to make the whole cake.

Preparation:

Drain the cherries, whip the cream until stiff, add sour cream. Layer alternately in a bowl, sprinkling on each layer of thick sugar and cinnamon (amount to taste), as finishing sugar and cinnamon.

Also tasty as a cake, then reduce quantity to 2 x cream / sour cream and only 1 glass of cherries, spread the cream on cherries and thick sugar and cinnamon on it.
