Citrus scented balls, not just for Christmas

Many people probably know the clove scented citrus fruit from their childhood.

These balls look very pretty if you decorate them with ribbons. That is why, after the carnation with cloves, tape is placed around the cloves, where later the ribbons are placed. The bands can decorate with beads applied by craft needles. Also packed in tulle and decorated with ribbons it looks really great.

Less well known is that you can use these scented balls throughout the year.

To make a permanent fragrance ball, the finished spiked scent ball in a mixture of violet root powder and clove powder in equal parts, which was previously mixed with a few drops of fragrance essence or Düftöl placed. Best in a bag.

Then take out the scented ball and wrap it in tissue paper for 2-4 weeks. Then the ball is decorated and hung on a ribbon or arranged in a potpourri.

This not only looks pretty, the scented balls also exude a wonderful fragrance and with the durable method and the favorite fragrance.

In the Advent season it is also a nice souvenir for Advent coffee or maybe for Mum in Nikolausstiefel.
