Dip - absolutely addictive!

ingredients

What you really need:

  • olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper
  • a little lemon juice or vinegar

optional:

  • a shot of soy or Worcester sauce and
  • some fresh cabbage (or two, but not more!)
  • e.g. Oregano (especially recommended! This is my favorite herb for this dip)
  • OR: Lovage, parsley, chives, thyme - which is just to have grad

preparation

The onion is rubbed on a fine grater (howl! - but the result is sooo delicious!). Cut the herbs into small pieces and mix with the olive oil until thick and creamy (exact quantities not so important). Shot of lemon or vinegar, soy or worc ... plus.

Salt, pepper pure and you can use the dip the same or even super raise - the oil conserves the rest!

For vegetables, as grilled marinade for grilled bread and the rest you can even in the salad sauce tilt - IF what was left!
