Avocado cream (vegetarian)

As a dip while grilling or for Mediterranean or Latin American dishes.

ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 100 g creme fraiche
  • 1/4 toe garlic
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of paprika, sweet
  • 1/2 pinch of white pepper

preparation

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the core with a spoon. Scrape out the pulp with a spoon and put in a bowl.
  2. Peel and crush the garlic.
  3. Give creme fraiche and the garlic to the avocado.
  4. Add paprika, pepper and lemon juice.
  5. Puree to a mass with a bar stirrer.

Annotation: Consume as soon as possible after preparation as the cream turns brown quickly.
