Avocado cream (vegetarian)

ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 100 g creme fraiche
- 1/4 toe garlic
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of paprika, sweet
- 1/2 pinch of white pepper
preparation
- Halve the avocado, remove the core with a spoon. Scrape out the pulp with a spoon and put in a bowl.
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- Give creme fraiche and the garlic to the avocado.
- Add paprika, pepper and lemon juice.
- Puree to a mass with a bar stirrer.
Annotation: Consume as soon as possible after preparation as the cream turns brown quickly.
