What could be better than sitting in the dining room with good friends and talking about God and the world while enjoying a good cheese fondue.


Here I introduce you to a cheese fondue, which has been given a special touch by the herbs ... not a classic Swiss cheese fondue, but a cheese fondue, with herbs and vegetables, as we like it.

I immediately had the main players scrambled at the cheese counter, it did not cost any more, and I had saved my work.

  • 300 g Emmentaler grated
  • 300 g Comté extra grated
  • Grated 300 g of Gruyere

  • 1 green pepper
