Cream cheese curry dip
ingredients
- 100g double cream cream cheese
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 125g kefir
- 1 tbsp ginger (can be omitted)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 crispbread
preparation
Stir cream cheese, curry, kefir and ginger and mix well. Then crumble the crispbread, preferably in a tea towel and then sprinkle over the masses and fold. Finished.
