Cream cheese curry dip

ingredients

  • 100g double cream cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 125g kefir
  • 1 tbsp ginger (can be omitted)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 crispbread

preparation

Stir cream cheese, curry, kefir and ginger and mix well. Then crumble the crispbread, preferably in a tea towel and then sprinkle over the masses and fold. Finished.
