Avocado dip with white meat or fondue
A fresh dip to poultry / veal / pork, whether grilled, roasted or meat fondue:
Ingredients:
avocado
Creme fraiche Cheese
salt
pepper
Lemon juice, possibly orange juice
if necessary, a splash of olive oil
Preparation:
Halve the avocado, remove seeds and scrape out the pulp. Put it in a shaker.
Depending on the size of the avocado, add 1-2 tbsp of creme fraiche and mix with the blender to a creamy mixture. Season with salt, pepper, lemon and / or orange juice. If it gets even creamier, add a small dash of olive oil.
Done is the dip!
Goes well with baked potatoes or fish / seafood. Just try what it tastes best for personally.
