Salad sauce perfect with endive salad

This salad dressing can be varied according to your taste in sweetness and acidity and should succeed every bachelor.
ingredients
- 1/2 small onion
- about 100 ml condensed milk (I have the 7.5%)
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt, pepper (matter of taste)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Herbs if available
preparation
Mix the condensed milk with sugar, salt, pepper and the finely chopped onion, add vinegar and oil, stir again until everything has mixed together.
