Remove foxing with DanKlorix

Why, why, why is not the question anymore. But I once again had a washcloth, which had quite a lot of foxing. But I could remove the foxing as follows:

I soaked it in washing soda with boiling water. Result: OK, but the spots were still there.

So I also mixed DanKlorix with boiling water, put the rag in there and kept moving with rubber gloves on my hands.

Now look at the picture, the rag is lighter now than the guest towel, but there is nothing left inside, no more foxing.
