Flat roofs no longer need to be rehabilitated by the roofer. It is much easier and, above all, cheaper to use liquid plastic.

- Cleaning the roof surface with a high-pressure cleaner
- Application of bonding primer (not for bitumen roofing membranes)
- Application of one coat Elasto Plus Gel (2kg / m²) - for approx. 2mm layer thickness - without fleece insert up to 15 ° inclination
- Application of UV radiation protection paint Elasto Shield 2K- (0,2kg / m²)
- Finished!
Costs for 40m² Gararge:
3. 2 kg Elasto Plus Gel - 2 x approx. 10 Euro = 20 Euro
4. 0, 2 kg Elasto Shield 2K - 2 x approx. 1.50 Euro
Together 21,50 Euro / m² Material costs x 40m² = 860,00 Euro
For 860.00 euros a roofer does not even go.
After 15 years, the UV radiation protection coating may need to be renewed for 1.50 euros.
Finished is the durable, highly elastic and absolutely UV-resistant flat roof.
