Sour cherry cake Ruck-Zuck

ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 125 g soft butter or margarine
- 100 g flour (tastes particularly good with spelled flour)
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 120 g of oatmeal
- possibly chocolate sprinkles
- 1 glass of cherries
- powdered sugar
preparation
- Make a batter from the ingredients listed.
- Grease Springform (26 cm).
- Pour in the dough, spread and top with cherries (without juice!).
- Hot air: bake 150 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Better: 160 degrees with top / bottom heat 50 minutes
- When the cake has cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
