Freezer flap aborted, easiest help
On my refrigerator with freezer part, the plastic opener is broken, ... probably because I found the tip with the silicone spray too late in this fabulous forum.
So what do you do? Buy a new refrigerator where I have a good, older Santos?
I found the cheaper solution in a carved wine cork (made of plastic, for hygiene's sake), which I simply put between the flap and the fridge when closing in. Just flatten a page. It works great. The next fridge can wait (long) ...
