Biscuit pie base basic recipe

Loosely fluffy cake bottom:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons warm water
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 2 level teaspoon baking powder

preparation

  1. You put the eggs, water and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl and stir until frothy.
  2. Add the sugar and stir until the mixture is creamy and shiny.
  3. Mix the flour and the baking powder and sift, at low setting.
  4. The Springform may only be greased on the ground or you can lay it out with baking paper.
  5. Put your dough in the prepared form, smooth it if necessary and bake it IMMEDIATELY. On the grid, down, at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then bake with the oven off for 5-10 minutes.
  6. After baking, allow your bottom to cool a bit, then release from the mold. Drop it on a wire rack and peel off the paper so it can thicken.
  7. Now you can cut through your bottom 1 to 2 times and fill as desired and garnish.
