Since I really like the birthday girl, I googled and found the following cake.
ingredients

preparation
- Make a sponge cake from the ingredients mentioned.
- Bake at 180 ° top / bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
- During this time, the ganache can be prepared. Heat the cream slowly with stirring, then over the previously broken into pieces. Pour chocolate. Once the chocolate has dissolved, stir vigorously, I have taken to the hand mixer. Finally, I went through with the blender, so no lumps are more in it.
- Keep the ganache cool until used, but do not allow it to harden.
- The cooled cake is then coated with this ganache.
As long as this is still a bit soft, it goes to the decoration. You need:

- And of course the sweets that the recipient likes the most.
