  2. Bake at 180 ° top / bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
  3. During this time, the ganache can be prepared. Heat the cream slowly with stirring, then over the previously broken into pieces. Pour chocolate. Once the chocolate has dissolved, stir vigorously, I have taken to the hand mixer. Finally, I went through with the blender, so no lumps are more in it.
  4. Keep the ganache cool until used, but do not allow it to harden.
  5. The cooled cake is then coated with this ganache.

As long as this is still a bit soft, it goes to the decoration. You need:

  • For the wall Kitkat, I cut them at the top by 1/3, otherwise they are too long.
  • And of course the sweets that the recipient likes the most.
