- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar (some call it sugar powder)
- 125 g hard fat (or coconut fat called)

- Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and smooth on a well-greased medium-sized sheet. Bake - depending on the oven - about 30 minutes, always make a stick sample.
- Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until stiff (a pinch of salt helps to do this well) and stir in dropwise the hard liquor that had previously been made liquid and then cooled again.
- Spread this mixture on the cake and sprinkle with a thin layer of ground coffee (ground coffee). This is best done with a fine hair sieve. After a little while, the cake surface becomes wonderfully moss green!
The cake is very fresh (by the protein / hard fat) and juicy + tasty (by the many cocoa), surprisingly delicious and decorative by the "green" coffee!
