Eggnog cup cake
Mum (or dad) signed up for coffee and you want to serve a delicious cake? Nothing easier than this:
Mix 5 eggs with 2 cups of sugar, add 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of eggnog, 3 cups of flour, 1/2 packet of baking powder and a dash of mineral water. Stir everything until smooth and bake in a round baking dish for about 50 minutes at 150 ° C. You can also use apple juice or Fanta instead of the egg liqueurs. Super easy and delicious!
Another tip: Spread out the baking tin with some fat and let sugar in it. Then nothing sticks!
