- 500g minced meat
- 500g pork goulash
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 peppers
- 4 onions
- 1-2 glasses of gypsy sauce
- 1 cup of cream
- salt and pepper
preparation
Grease a large casserole, cover the ground with tomato slices, then add the strips of pepper and the onion rings.
Salt mince and goulash and pepper. First mince, then put the goulash on the vegetables. Cover the mold with aluminum foil or a lid.
Cook for 2 hours at 200 degrees. DO NOT TURN!
Stir in the cream before serving.
My tip: rice or pasta with it. Made quickly. Delicious. And when the guests come in the evening, you can prepare it very relaxed.
