Fast Sauerbratengulasch

Ingredients (for approx. 6 persons):

  • 1.5 kg of beef, pork or turkey goulash
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 small glass of applesauce with pieces
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 small cup of turnip greens
  • 1 bag of Sauerbratenfix
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Sugar Coleur small (is not a must)
  • Who likes 1/2 a bag of raisins

preparation

Put the meat in a roasting pan. Prepare the fix sauce according to the package instructions. Dice the onion. Stir all ingredients into the sauce and pour over the meat.

Roast for 90 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven without lid. Stir once after 45 minutes. It goes well with dumplings and red cabbage.
