Propolis drops for cold sores
A good tip for fighting cold sores:
I often have to do with cold sores and got myself in the pharmacy propolis drops. This is a liquid, yellow and if you apply it with a cotton swab on the herpes, it burns. But it helps.
The herpes spot becomes bright and seems to encapsulate. I wear it several times a day, but first clean the place with a disposable wet wipe. Alternating to the propolis drops I also use Zovirax. So this combination helps very well.
Grandma advised me to take a zinc cure. Since I'm here now ... Because after the third herpes in a row I'm ready to do anything that helps against herpes.
The zinc effervescent tablets are also available in the pharmacy.
After this zinc cure you should supposedly have a long rest from herpes. Every day an effervescent tablet dissolve in water and that's it. Tastes good.
