  3. Dice the onion and sauté with diced bacon in a pan and put aside.
  4. Put the slices of toast into the muffin dish and put them in the oven for 3-4 minutes without filling, so the bread will not absorb itself later. Take out again and fill with some onion and bacon cubes, then some of the egg-milk mixture comes to about 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoon, followed by cheese.
