Mohrenkopf Pie

Mohrenkopf cake - super-easy!

ingredients

  • 1 light cake base (either home-baked or self-bought; tip: the one by Lieken does not muddle so fast)
  • 9 - 12 Mohrenköpfe (NO Minis please!)
  • 250 g of low-fat quark
  • 1 1/2 cup whipped cream

preparation

  1. First whip the whipped cream until stiff and stir well with the curd cheese.
  2. Then remove the waffle floors of the moor heads with a knife - but keep the floors (which you need to decorate!).
  3. Mix the foam of the blackcurrant well with the curd mixture and spread evenly on the bottom of the cake.
  4. Then decorate nicely with the waffle bottoms. Put in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours - done!
  5. Is made totally fast, makes impression and tastes great!
