Prevent pest infestation with grain pillows
What many do not know: Grain pillows can be attacked by pests z. B. from the bread beetle. To prevent infestation, you should heat a grain pillow regularly in the microwave (or in the oven), even if it is not needed.
Most pests and their eggs are killed at temperatures of 60 degrees Celsius. Alternatively, it can be closed airtight when it is completely cold and dry. Should it then come to an infestation, this remains in the container and can not spread.
