Delicious cream cake (no scales required)

Watch out! With this cake, it does not matter if your scale is broken or you simply have no scale in your household. Because with this cake recipe, it does not need a scale, because the empty cup of cream serves us as a unit.

You need:

1 cup of cream (200 ml)
1 cream cup full of sugar
2 cream cups full of flour
3 eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of baking soda


Preparation:

Whip cream, yolk and sugar (also vanilla sugar) until foamy. Place flour with baking powder under the mass. Beat the egg whites to snow and fold. Put the dough in a baking pan and bake the cake for half an hour at 180 degrees Celsius.
