Doberan fish soup

ingredients
- 500 g fish fillet
- 5 tbsp oil
- 4-6 slices of white bread
- 200 g onions or onions
- 2 kohlrabi
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 cl white wine
- 2 egg yolks
- 1.5 liters of broth
- Salt, garlic, paprika, dill
preparation
- Cut the fish fillet into coarse strips or cubes, season with salt, garlic and paprika and sauté in a little oil.
- In a second pot, sauté the strips of onion and kohlrabi, add the tomato paste, add the fried fish fillet and fill with 1.5 liters of broth.
- Everything can be grown on a low flame.
- Wash the tender young kohlrabi leaves, finely chop them and finally let them soak in the soup for a few minutes.
- Whisk egg yolk and white wine, add to the soup, which is not allowed to cook anymore. Season again with the above spices, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and serve with toasted white bread.
