Fluorescent tube flickers or glows though turned off
Sometimes it can happen that a fluorescent lamp on the wall unit of a kitchen glows, even though it is switched off.
The reason for this is usually to be found in the supply of voltage, since mostly single-pole switches and Schuko plugs are used. Thus, it may happen that the outer conductor (phase), but the neutral conductor (zero) is switched on the lamp not.
Trick: Just put the Schukostecker the other way around in the socket, should help!
