Fresh salad with roasted peppers

Pickled roasted peppers are available everywhere. Of course, if you want, you can also make it yourself. Since I had another half a glass of paprika from another recipe, I tried the following salad.
Ingredients and preparation:
- 2 heads of Romana salad, cleaned and picked into appropriate pieces
- Cocktail tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, small cut
- Sunflower seeds
- half a glass of roasted paprika, mild-sweet-pickled, cut into small pieces
- the marinade of paprika, olive oil, pepper, salt
To throw away the paprika marinade would be a pity! The taste of the salad convinced us very much. The kernels can be left out, replaced by others, toasted, to give way in the marinade - variations are no limits!
