Garlic bacon meatballs

For 8 people

1000 grams gem. minced meat
6 cloves of garlic
2 large onions
200 grams of bacon cubes (lean)
2 eggs
Bread crumbs (as required)
1/2 bunch of parsley, 1/2 bunch chives
2 tbsp hot mustard
Salt, pepper, paprika powder as needed, curry powder

preparation


Fry the onions and garlic, then add the bacon. Let cool down. Put minced meat in a bowl, add the eggs and breadcrumbs. Chop parsley and chives and add.

Mix everything together, add spices and mustard and season to taste. Approximately Form 100 gram balls and place on each side for approx. 3.5-4 min. fry.

Side dishes: salads, white bread, french fries, potatoes.
