Gratinated fish fillet with spinach leaves

You need

  • Fish fillet (pollock, cod, redfish, etc.)
  • TK-spinach
  • garlic
  • cherry tomatoes
  • Gorgonzola
  • Salt, pepper, chili
  • olive oil

Since I always cook more or less for feeling, unfortunately I can not provide you with exact quantities. But here is a recipe, where it really is not bad, if of an ingredient times "too much" or "too little" in it (except for the spices, of course ... salted or fire-spicy-hot does not have to be :-) ). But his personal quantity anyway finds out best everyone!

that's how it works

Thaw spinach leaves according to the package instructions and then season well with salt, pepper and neat Knobi.
Brush out a baking dish with olive oil. Place the fish fillets side by side in the casserole dish (if it is TK fish, preferably thaw them first) and cover with the leaf spinach. Cut cocktail tomatoes in half and put them on top. Finally, cut the gorgonzola and pass over it. Sprinkle a bit of chili over it (if you like it) and cover with aluminum foil. At 180 ° C for about half an hour in the oven, just before the end of the cooking time, remove the aluminum foil.

I like to eat normal jacket potatoes, but of course you can also go for pasta, baguette, rice .......
