- 100 g of coconut flakes

- 100g grated coconut
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
preparation
- Knead ingredients for the dough and then refrigerate for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Now form into several thin rolls, cut into pieces (about the length of the thumb) and form Kipferl out of it.
- Bake at medium temperature for about 10 minutes at preheated 200 ° C (longer or shorter depending on thickness).
- During the baking time mix the ingredients for the breading and roll the hot kipferl in it afterwards.
