Cookies from the microwave
Basic recipe:
vanilla cookies
- 100 g soft butter with
- 75 g sugar and
- 1 pinch of salt,
- and 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar (or 1 package of vanilla sugar) until frothy
- 4 tl of water and
- Add 175 g of sifted flour to a smooth and firm dough.
Divide into 4 equal pieces.
Form 6 balls in succession from each piece and place them in a circle on a plate lined with baking paper and press flat with a fork.
Make sure there is enough space between the cookies.
Microwave for 3-4 minutes at 450-500 watts (test after 3 minutes, break a cookie).
Leave the cookies for 5 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.
variations:
Before baking, sprinkle with chopped nuts and squeeze.
Vanilla chocolate biscuits: Put 70 g chocolate chips under the dough.
Chocolate biscuit:
Add 25 g of dark cocoa to the flour.
Cover with icing or chocolate after baking.
Enrich with candied fruit, with a little practice comes to mind a lot.

Even with the same wattage, there may be different results with different microwaves, so test at the beginning after the specified time, note this time and then judge later.
