Make garlic oil yourself

Garlic oil made by yourself. Although I expect that the objection comes that it was the tip "garlic oil home-made" ever, but I still try it for newcomers who have not all tips life (as I have followed):

preparation

So: I take a big fresh garlic bulb, which is now cheap everywhere to buy, cut it roughly into a container for the hand blender and puree it to the pulp.

Then I add 500 ml rapeseed oil (I take rapeseed oil because it is healthy and tasteless and highly heatable), purée both vigorously, shake the mixture well and fill it in a correspondingly large glass.

I do not add any spices or herbs, so it can be seasoned and refined later as needed.

It stays in the fridge for a long time. I have at any time for searing, for steaming and salad dressing a delicious garlic oil at hand.

Annotation:

There are garlic cloves in the jar ready to buy but the toes have always become too brown and hard for me. This does not happen to me with the oil.
