Minced meat pan with mushrooms
ingredients
- 500g spiced ground beef,
- 300g fresh mushrooms,
- 2 red peppers,
- 1 onion,
- 1 packet of passed tomatoes,
- Ketchup,
- Pepper, salt, oregano, paprika (noble sweet and rose sharp),
- Basil,
- Garlic (fresh or in a spice dispenser)
preparation
- Chop the onion into chunks, clean the peppers (remove the stalk, seeds and core walls) and cut into pieces, brush the mushrooms (preferably with a mushroom brush, but a piece of kitchen towel does the same) and cut into slices
- Let the oil get hot in a large pan and fry the minced meat, crushing the lumps as small as possible later (Works well with a fork, but it will take care of your pan coating!)
- Add mushrooms and fry until soft
- Add the onion and pepper to the pan and sauté (or steam, because the mushrooms have released some water)
- Stir in the passed tomatoes, then season with ketchup, depending on your taste.
- Season with the spices (Paprika Rosenscharf and Edelsüß can also be used for direct searing, then they are stronger in the taste)
- Invite friends (Reasonably enough for four people), put down a draft beer (Who likes it alcohol-free, of course, can also put down anything else)
Tip:
As a side dish fits - in my opinion - the best rice, but you can just as well potatoes, bread, baguette, etc. take ... If you take a little less liquid, you can use the meatloaf pan also great as pancake stuffing!
Last but not least: let it be your check!
