My special mixture
Self-cooked food always tastes delicious, if in some dishes just not the long preparation time and the possible seasoning would be.
With my "special mix" you can already save some time and, according to my experience, hardly needs seasoning.
You can use the mixture for almost any dish, whether meat, fish, salads, etc., sometimes more or less.
Here's the mix:
You need for possible stock,
1 screw (depending on how much stock you want to create)
3 teaspoons white pepper or 3 tbsp white pepper
and
6 teaspoons salt or 6 tbsp salt.
You give that in the screw jar and mix everything well. And already the "special mix" is ready.
