Today there was chicken fillet in coconut cream. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to buy the coconut milk and in the snowy weather, I did not want to go again. So brooding, what do I do now?
Then I poured 100 g of coconut flakes with boiling water, left everything a little and then squeezed out in a tea strainer. Chicken fillet sautéed in water, doused with a tablespoon of flour, sweated and quenched with chicken broth and coconut milk. All seasoned with salt, pepper and a little lemon and served with rice and tomato salad. Was that DELICIOUS!
