Paprika rice - a vegetarian fast food

If you have a pressure cooker, you can cook a large portion of basmati rice. Freeze half a serving, use the rest for this great fast food: Vegetarian paprika ice cream with soy schnitzel and wild garlic pesto.
ingredients
- Basmati rice (quantity variable)
- 2 yellow peppers
- 1 pack of soya chips
- 1 glass of wild garlic pesto (or other pesto)
- Salt and spices to taste
- cooking oil
preparation
- Soy cutlets soak in water for 10 minutes.
- Cook the rice in time and chop the peppers.
- Dry the soybean schnitzel.
- Fry with oil in the pan and season.
- Stew paprika in oil.
- Pesto over soybean schnitzel and stir well.
- Pepper to the finished rice and ready is the fast food!
