Paprika rice - a vegetarian fast food

If you have a pressure cooker, you can cook a large portion of basmati rice. Freeze half a serving, use the rest for this great fast food: Vegetarian paprika ice cream with soy schnitzel and wild garlic pesto.

ingredients

  • Basmati rice (quantity variable)
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 1 pack of soya chips
  • 1 glass of wild garlic pesto (or other pesto)
  • Salt and spices to taste
  • cooking oil

preparation

  1. Soy cutlets soak in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice in time and chop the peppers.
  3. Dry the soybean schnitzel.
  4. Fry with oil in the pan and season.
  5. Stew paprika in oil.
  6. Pesto over soybean schnitzel and stir well.
  7. Pepper to the finished rice and ready is the fast food!
