Pasta Tonno - simple but aromatic

We all love to eat pasta. We are good friends with an Italian family, whose mom I owe this great recipe. It's really easy to make and tastes super delicious (even my otherwise so-critical mother-in-law was impressed and praised!) I can not remember when it happened for the last time!). However, I must admit that it is not quite low in calories. But you do not have to eat it every day - but you could eat it as delicious as it is!

You need: A can of chopped tomatoes, a cup of cream, two onions, two garlic cloves, two tablespoons of tomato paste, a tin of tuna in its own juice, spices, herbs, oil, a blender, a wooden spoon and a saucepan.

Chop the onions and garlic and fry in oil (the oil should not be too hot, onions and garlic may only rush, never bruzeln, so as to release as much aroma), add the tomato paste, with a sweat. Put a tin of chopped tomatoes in the pan, bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes. Half fill the tomato can with water, add the cream. Boil and season with instant broth, salt, pepper, oregano and some rosemary.

Allow to cool slightly. Now the blender is used: puree, until the sauce is beautifully creamy. Open the tuna can, pick the tuna and put it in the pot. Heat again and season.

This sauce goes well with all types of pasta and is enough for four people and can be doubled, tripled and so on. It tastes a fresh salad. Great as a guest meal, because it can be well pre-cooked. In this case, I recommend that the sauce is cooked, but the tuna comes just before serving in the pot, because opened tuna spoils quickly.
