Fast peasant pot

This peasant pot is prepared quickly and delicious.

ingredients

For about 2 servings

  • 250 g of potatoes
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 50 g of tomato paste
  • 400 ml vegetable broth
  • 1-2 peppers
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • Salt, paprika powder and pepper
  • oil

preparation

  1. Peel the potato and cut into small cubes
  2. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes as well.
  3. Fry the minced meat in a saucepan with oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the potato cubes and the paprika cubes and fry for about 5 minutes, then stir in the vegetable stock. Close pot and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Then add the tomato paste, paprika and herbs and simmer for another 20 minutes over low heat. Stirring occasionally
