- 250 g of potatoes
- 250 g minced meat
- 50 g of tomato paste
- 400 ml vegetable broth
- 1-2 peppers
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- Salt, paprika powder and pepper

preparation
- Peel the potato and cut into small cubes
- Clean the peppers and cut into cubes as well.
- Fry the minced meat in a saucepan with oil, salt and pepper.
- Add the potato cubes and the paprika cubes and fry for about 5 minutes, then stir in the vegetable stock. Close pot and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the tomato paste, paprika and herbs and simmer for another 20 minutes over low heat. Stirring occasionally
