Mix 200 g of icing sugar and 6 egg yolks until the mixture appears twice as thick and, above all, thick-creamy.
Then add 50 g of cocoa, a small bottle of peppermint liqueur and 1 1/2 cups of grain and stir carefully, otherwise it will splatter.
This results in a bottle and something to try. But I always try the tasting when the liqueur is really well chilled.
Well chilled in a waffle or chocolate cup, this is a liqueur, where you first do not notice what you drink (alcohol), but let yourself be surprised.
So sometimes it is appropriate that, as the name of the liqueur reveals, only after 8 (of course in the evening) tried such specialties.
