We like to eat a poppy cake, but preferably without soil, this recipe contains no flour.

- Beat 250 g butter with 225 g sugar and 6 egg yolks until frothy.
- Grind 250 g of poppy seeds - preferably in an electric coffee grinder or ground, mixed with 1 teaspoon baking powder mixed under the foam mass.
- Beat 6 egg whites with a pinch of salt until light and fold well.
- Spread a springform cake fat, sprinkle with poppy seeds or breadcrumbs, fill in the cake mixture. Bake at 160-170 ° C for about 1 hour.
- Allow to cool, place on a cake plate and dust with icing sugar at will.
