For the dough

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g butter
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 300 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 50 g of cocoa
  • 250 ml sour cream

preparation

  1. Let the butter melt and cool.
  2. Stir eggs and sugar until foamy, then stir in flour, cocoa, sour cream and soda.
  3. Finally, stir in the cooled butter.
  4. Spread the dough on a greased tray and bake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes. (Rods sample)
  5. After baking, allow the cake to cool well.

ingredients

For the covering or ceiling

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 125 g of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of brandy or coffee

preparation

  1. Let the coconut oil run dry and cool.
  2. In the meantime mix the other ingredients well.
  3. Finally, stir in the cooled coconut fat.
  4. Put this blanket on the baked, cooled ground and decorate with a cake comb.
  5. Cool the cake well, preferably overnight.
  6. Without cooling time, this cake takes about 50 minutes.
