For the dough
- 4 eggs
- 250 g butter
- 300 g of sugar
- 300 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 50 g of cocoa
- 250 ml sour cream
preparation
- Let the butter melt and cool.
- Stir eggs and sugar until foamy, then stir in flour, cocoa, sour cream and soda.
- Finally, stir in the cooled butter.
- Spread the dough on a greased tray and bake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes. (Rods sample)
- After baking, allow the cake to cool well.
ingredients
For the covering or ceiling
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 125 g of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of brandy or coffee
preparation
- Let the coconut oil run dry and cool.
- In the meantime mix the other ingredients well.
- Finally, stir in the cooled coconut fat.
- Put this blanket on the baked, cooled ground and decorate with a cake comb.
- Cool the cake well, preferably overnight.
- Without cooling time, this cake takes about 50 minutes.
