Prevent skin inflammation under the breast

Ladies who are blessed with a slightly larger bust probably know the problem of sweating in the crease of the chest. Skin inflammation, intertrigo, fungal infections can be the result, despite meticulous skin hygiene.

There are reasonably expensive cotton terry cloth inserts that are sure to work very well. Since one changes the parts more often and does not throw on the washing machine every day, I was looking for another solution.

I still had good, but (because of the color that did not fit the new bathroom) sorted terrycloth towels in a very neutral light gray. (I would not take a dark color or a very bright one like pink, because it might show through a blouse or something like that).

A normal towel, 50 x 100 cm. This I cut with a zigzag shear across strips with a width of about 8 cm, so I had 12 stripes, which were missed on the narrow sides anyway, the long sides are provided with the zigzag. I did not miss the long sides, it works so well, also in the washing machine.

I am very happy with it! Such a strip across the ribcage over both breast creases, covered with the bra for the most part, is totally comfortable, can be renewed at any time during the day (especially in the summer months) and is for a perfect upcycling.
