Here comes an autumnal Flammkuchen variety, which is prepared quickly, thanks to a simple dough without yeast. Feta and rosemary go well with the sweetish pumpkin flavor. The Flammkuchen tastes delicious as a snack or a glass of wine!
ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 125 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g pumpkin (for example Hokkaido)
- feta
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
- optional: onions
- rosemary
- salt and pepper
preparation
- Knead flour, water, a pinch of salt and oil until a smooth dough is formed.
- Now (with a little force) roll out the dough as thin as possible, the best that you can easily see through the dough. Lay out a baking sheet with baking paper and place the dough on top.
- For the topping mix the cream cheese with crème fraîche, add the chopped rosemary, season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the pumpkin into thin strips (Hokkaido can be used with peel).
- Now spread the dough with the cream, put the pumpkin on it and if you like: sprinkle onion rings over it.
- Finally sprinkle the diced feta on the tarte.
- Put in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C (top and bottom heat). Sprinkle the finished tarte with fresh rosemary and enjoy!
