Here comes an autumnal Flammkuchen variety, which is prepared quickly, thanks to a simple dough without yeast. Feta and rosemary go well with the sweetish pumpkin flavor. The Flammkuchen tastes delicious as a snack or a glass of wine!

ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g pumpkin (for example Hokkaido)
  • feta
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • optional: onions
  • rosemary
  • salt and pepper

preparation

  1. Knead flour, water, a pinch of salt and oil until a smooth dough is formed.
  2. Now (with a little force) roll out the dough as thin as possible, the best that you can easily see through the dough. Lay out a baking sheet with baking paper and place the dough on top.
  3. For the topping mix the cream cheese with crème fraîche, add the chopped rosemary, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the pumpkin into thin strips (Hokkaido can be used with peel).
  5. Now spread the dough with the cream, put the pumpkin on it and if you like: sprinkle onion rings over it.
  6. Finally sprinkle the diced feta on the tarte.
  7. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C (top and bottom heat). Sprinkle the finished tarte with fresh rosemary and enjoy!
