Stuffed puff pastry with hamburger and spinach feta

You need:

1 roll of fresh puff pastry or TK plates (6 plates)
500 g of mixed minced meat
about 500 g TK spinach
250 g of feta / sheep's cheese
garlic
Spices: salt, pepper, nutmeg

Cut the roll of puff pastry into 6 plates of equal size. Remove the spinach from the freezer and let it thaw.
Season the spinach with nutmeg and garlic. Sheep cheese cut into small cubes. Season minced meat with salt, pepper.


Cover the puff pastry with minced meat, spinach and sheep's cheese. Moisten the edges of the dough with water and fold over the "pile" to form a package.
Brush or sprinkle the packets again with water.
