Robber roast from the 80s

I recently remembered a very well-tried recipe for the delicious robber roast from the 80s. The elders of you will know it for sure.

ingredients

  • 1 piece of pork salmon from the trimmed pork chop
  • bacon
  • many onion rings
  • Goulash spice without salt

preparation

  1. The piece of pork salmon from the tripped pork chop is well covered with bacon.
  2. On it many onion rings and plenty of goulash spice without salt.
  3. Wrapped in aluminum foil (slightly thicker, rolled up) and placed in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  4. Bake in preheated oven (after half an hour rest at room temperature) for about 1/2 - 3/4 hours. Hot air 175 °.
  5. Open the aluminum foil at the top and let everything get a bit crunchy.
  6. Slice and arrange with the onions.

In addition there was baguette and in a lot of ketchup very long garnished vegetables such as mushrooms, paprika, fresh peas and asparagus from the tin. No more spice. Can also be prepared in advance.

This is so delicious and can be prepared nicely. The meat is rolled pure without additional seasoning in the aluminum foil. Unfortunately, I have no more quantities, but I have always taken plenty of bacon, onions and finished goulash without salt. The meat was always very tender and spicy. I do not remember how many times I used to cook it, but I've succeeded every time.
