Round wild goulash with cherry pralines

You need:

  • 700 g wild boar goulash
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • some leek and celery
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bag of dried porcini mushrooms
  • Thyme, salt, pepper
  • 1 cup of cream
  • little flour, 1 glass of red wine, 1 glass of water
  • 5 cherry pralines in the red pack (in French my darling).

preparation

Fry the meat vigorously in thistle oil in a pan, layer in a fireproof pot. Also sauté the vegetables in the pan, add the soaked mushrooms and seasonings, stir in flour, water, red wine and sprinkle over them.

Cover with lid or with aluminum foil, bake in the oven, 200 degrees, 1 hour stew. Look, poke in the meat, it is soft, good, or it may take another 20 minutes? To bite into a piece, decide.

You can also take more. Delicious! Spätzle or mashed potatoes and green salad.
