shortbread cookies

The ingredients:

  • 300 g of butter
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of ground almonds
  • butter vanilla
  • 1 p. Marzipan paste (200 g)
  • 500g flour
  • 1/2 p. Baking powder

preparation

Beat the butter, sugar and eggs with a blender until frothy. Add the marzipan paste and butter vanilla and stir well.

Stir in the flour and the baking powder (works best with the dough hooks). Knead the grated almonds as well. Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands again. I always turn the dough through the wolf.

Bake at about 175 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
