Recycling old sunscreen - hand cream
As you know, sunscreen that is not used within 1 year loses its sun protection factor and is therefore ineffective - even dangerous, if you rely on it and continue to use it as a sunscreen.
So I'm not tempted at all, out of false economy, old sunscreen continue to use as a sunscreen, I take them now as a hand cream. This works very well:
- My hands are always well maintained and not cracked.
- If there is still a bit of sunscreen in the cream, that also benefits my hands.
- I do not need to spend money on hand cream and last but not least.
- I use creams with working sunscreen in the summer.
