So children clean up their room without a jolt

When all the Legos, animals and cars lie in a giant pile on the floor of the nursery, the child does not feel like playing in this mess anymore.

The right time to clean up had come with us, when the first baskets of toys were outsourced to the living room, or in the kitchen.

Rants or dark threats: just wait until ... are of no use.

I have had good experiences in combining the annoying cleaning up with a treasure hunt.

Anything is hidden before cleaning up. This may be a small candy bag, a comic from the flea market, a colorful hair tie, or a 50-cent piece. This item is wrapped up and the word "treasure" written on it.

Ideally, the child will not find it until almost everything is granted - if it does have a stroke of luck in the first two minutes, it says enthusiastically, "Oh how nice, you quickly found it." Clean up now and we'll see what's wrapped up there!
